If there are any personal matters that conflict with the expected turnaround time, I’ll notify you immediately!✦ Clients will be updated for sketch, lineart, color, and finishing progress. Clients are free to ask for progress at any given time. I will also update my progress on Trello for easier tracking.✦ I’m allowed to post the commissioned artwork as art samples unless specified by the client to keep the commission private.✦ Personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited✦ Small changes are free of charge but if you want to make some bigger edits it will cost extras!✦I retain all copyrights over the commissioned pieces✦ Don't erase watermarks/signatures or modify my work✦ Do not convert my artwork into a NFT or use it for AI. As the artist, I reserve full rights and ownership of the artwork.✦ Any aggression and rude behavior can affect the order process and even cause its cancellation. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

✦ Payment (50%) is to be made after my rough sketch has been approved. I'll be sending a PayPal invoice to your provided PayPal account. The commission will be on an “on hold” status until payment has been received.✦ Payment will be fully refunded if I cannot complete your commission due to personal reasons.✦ No refunds/cancellations. Refunds are only applicable if I have not yet started working on your commission or unable to accomplish it.
